Adaptation To Climate Change.1.Subject And Purpose Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Development Of Greenery In The Center Of Czersk On An Area Of ​​1,511 M². The Investment Is Aimed At The Aesthetic And Functional Modernization Of Urban Space Using High-Quality Plant Material And Modern Irrigation Systems, Ensuring The Durability And Representative Character Of The Area. 2. General Scope Of Workthe Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Work In Accordance With The Art Of Gardening, Applicable Standards And Technical Specifications. The Scope Includes: 1) Preparatory And Earthworks Related To Clearing The Area, Trenching, Preparing The Ground And Other Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, 2) Purchase, Transport And Delivery Of Plant Material In Accordance With The Technical Parameters Described In The Order Documents, 3) Planting Trees, Shrubs, Perennials And Ornamental Grasses, 4) Laying Rolled Sod On The Ground Prepared By The Contractor - A Total Of 707.4 M².5) Mulching The Planting Areas With Pine Bark,6) Construction, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Complete, Automated Irrigation System In Accordance With The Design Documentation.3. The List Of Plant Material Includes A Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 6 To Swz.4.Accompanying Works As Part Of The Implementation, The Contractor Will Perform: 1) Preparation Of The Ground For Planting (Cleaning, Weeding, Fertilization And Other Necessary Works). 2) Planting Plants In Accordance With The Design Scheme. 3) Precise Raking Of The Area. 4) Mulching With Pine Bark In The Amount Of 920 Bags. 5. Substrate, Mulchingthe Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Use The Following Loose Materials1) Soil Improver: Delivery Of 30 Tons Of Material. The Improver Should Be Evenly Mixed With The Native Soil In The Planned Planting Areas In Order To Improve The Structure And Fertility Of The Substrate.2) Medium Pine Bark (Mulching):A) 920 Bags (Packs Of 80 Liters).B) Nourished Pine Bark Should Be Used, With A Medium Fraction.6.Rolled Lawn Delivery And Laying Of Rolled Turf On The Prepared Ground - A Total Of 707.4 M². The Contractor Must Provide Turf With High Resistance To Trampling, Free From Weeds.7.Irrigation Systemthe Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction And Installation Of An Automatic Irrigation System In The Location Shown In The Design Documentation On The Attached Projects. Components Must Be Compatible And Brand New. All Elements Must Be Highly Resistant To Weather And Operational Conditions.8. Photographic Documentation1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Provide The Ordering Party With Full Photographic Docu
