The Ordering Party Reserves That Wherever The Content Of The Documentation Referred To In Point 1 Above, Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources, Detailed Processes Or Technologies That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems - The Ordering Party Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Standards, Specifications, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Therefore, It Is Allowed To Propose In The Offer Any Equivalent Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Parameters Of The Indicated Standard Define The Minimum Technical, Operational, Utility, Quality And Functional Conditions To Be Met By The Subject Of The Order.
