1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Audio/Video Systems For The Silesian Sejm Hall, Including Installation. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (In Short: Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz/Appendix No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 3. The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Regarding The Above Public Procurement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract, Are Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz.4. The Ordering Party Waived From Specifying Specific Requirements Regarding Accessibility For People With Disabilities And Design For All Users Referred To In Art. 100 Paragraph 1 And 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, Because The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Modernization Of The Existing Specialized Audio-Video And Conference System Operating In The Historic Silesian Parliament Hall. The Order Consists Primarily In The Replacement Of Devices, Their Integration With The Existing Infrastructure And Maintaining The Current Functionality Of The System. At The Same Time, The Solutions Used Cannot Limit Users Ability To Use The System To A Greater Extent Than Currently. The Functioning, Modernized Audio-Video System Has Facilities For Disabled People: It Is Equipped With An Induction Loop And A Headphone Jack Enabling Listening On The Attached Headphones. 5. In Order To Obtain The Information Necessary To Prepare A Correct Valuation Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows The Contractors To Conduct An On-Site Inspection At The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. Detailed Rules For Conducting An On-Site Visit Are Specified In Annex 4 To Swz6.
