The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Delivery Of A Brand New High-Current Dc Switch Tester, Together With A Dedicated Trolley; 2) Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Operation Of The Device. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: Railway Institute, Ul. J. Chłopicki 50, 04-275 Warsaw. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Place Of Execution To Another Located In Warsaw Or Its Immediate Vicinity. The Place, Date And Details Of Delivery Will Be Agreed By The Parties At Least 3 (Three) Business Days Before Delivery. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Minimum 24-Month Warranty On The Subject Of The Order.
