Social Premium - For The Development Of Social Services In The City Of Łomża, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Esf+). The Scope Of The Planned Services Includes: Organization And Operation Of The After Hours Local Activity Club For Seniors. The Contractor Will Ensure The Organization And Operation Of The After Hours Local Activity Club For Seniors, Operating In The Form Of Services Provided In A Support Center. The After Hours Local Activity Club Will Constitute An Additional Offer Of Support For Seniors, Implemented Outside The Basic Scope Of Operation Of The Senior Club. Activities Carried Out Under The Order Are Complementary And Cannot Replace Or Duplicate Services, Classes Or Other Forms Of Support. Provided To Participants As Part Of The Core Activities Of The Senior Club Or Financed From Other Sources. The Aim Of The Service Will Be To Provide Seniors With Access To Additional Activities That Develop Their Independence, Social Activity, Competences, Interests And Integration With The Local Environment. Service Implementation Period: From January 2027 To May 2029. Total Service: 1,200 Hours. The Service Will Include: • Life Counseling And Individual Support For Seniors - 400 Hours, • Manual Classes And Handicrafts - 500 Hours, • Digital Workshops For Seniors - 100 Hours, • Integration And Activation Activities - 100 Hours, • Educational Activities For Seniors - 100 Hours. The Total Number Of Activities Carried Out As Part Of The Local Activity Club After Hours Is 1,200 Hours In The Period From January 2027 To May 2029, In Accordance With The Division Of Hours Into Individual Forms Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Support. Detailed Dates, Frequency And Schedule For The Implementation Of Individual Activities Will Be Adapted To The Current Needs Of The Participants And Agreed With The Ordering Party. Activities And Support Should Be Implemented In A Flexible Manner, Responding To The Actual Needs Of Seniors And Taking Into Account Their Age, Fitness, Psychophysical Capabilities, Level Of Independence, Interests And Social Situation.
