The Subject Of The Order Includes The Collection, Removal, Management And Recycling Of Municipal Waste From All Households Generating Waste In The Jawornik Polski Commune: 1) Non-Selective Waste - Approximately 291 Mg Per Year, Unsegregated Waste - Mixed. 2) Segregated Waste - Approximately 269 Mga) Paper (Including Cardboard, Paper Packaging Waste And Cardboard Packaging Waste B) Glass (Including Glass Packaging Waste) C) Plastics (Including Plastic Packaging Waste And Multi-Material Packaging Waste) D) Metals (Including Metal Packaging) E) Biodegradable Waste With Particular Emphasis On Bio-Waste 3) Other Segregated Waste Specified Below, Collected In Bins Or Containers And At Pszok - Approximately 79 Mg:A) Expired Medicines And Chemicalsab) Used Batteries And Accumulatorsc) Used Electrical And Electronic Equipmentd) Bulky Waste (E.G. Furniture)E) Construction And Demolition Debrisf) Used Tiresg) Speedway And Ash H) Textile Waste 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Reach Places Indicated By The Ordering Party And Collect Waste Collected In Bags, Bins And Containers: A) Waste Collected In Bins Or Containers - Frequency Of Removal Adjusted To The Demand, According To The Individual Notifications Of The Ordering Party B) Waste Collected In Pszok - Frequency Of Removal Adjusted To The Demand, According To The Individual Notifications Of The Ordering Party - Services Of The Above-Mentioned Must Be Completed Within 72 Hours Of Notification. 3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Collect Waste From Entrepreneurs In The Jawornik Polski Commune On Days Other Than Municipal Waste From Residents And Will Include This In The Waste Collection Schedule.4.The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Works And Obligations Of The Contractor Are Specified In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz 5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Requirements And Obligations Introduced In The Content Of The Swz. This May Occur If The Regulations Applicable During The Conduct Of The Proceedings Or The Implementation Of The Contract Introduce Exclusions Or The Possibility Of Waiving From The Given / Applicable Requirements. Each Such Case Must Be Documented With An Indication Of The Legal Basis And A Description Of The Facts.6.The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.7.The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts Because Dividing The Order Would Result In Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract.8.Employment Requirements Based On An Employment Relationship In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Are Included In Chapter 25 Section 1 Of This Swz
