The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of An 18-Seat Bus With The Following Specifications: 1) A Car For Transporting 18 People (Driver + 17 Passengers), 2) Engine Power Not Less Than 110 Kw (150 Hp) (In The Case Of A Hybrid Vehicle, The Total Power Of The Combustion Engine And The Electric Engine) 3) Fabric Upholstery 4) Equipment: • Air Conditioning (Manual Minimum) In The Front And Rear Of The Vehicle • Built-In Navigation• Front And Rear Parking Sensors• Reversing Camera• Front Fog Lights• Automatic Windshield Wipers With Rain Sensor• Electrically Operated, Heated And Foldable Side Mirrors• Automatic High Beam Lights,• Rubber Floor Covering - Along The Entire Length Of The Vehicle,• Abs System With Electronic Brake Force Distribution System• Central Locking• Passenger Compartment Lighting• Electrically Operated Side Step,• Glass Doors, Sliding Side Doors On The Passenger Side• Tachograph - Digital, Electronic5) Required Warranty Periods In Accordance With The Manufacturers Terms And Conditions, But Not Shorter Than:• Mechanical Warranty Of The Vehicle Without Mileage Limit: Minimum 2 Years,• Warranty On Paint Coating: Minimum 2 Years,• Warranty Against Body Perforation: Minimum 12 Years,The Vehicle Must Be Brand New, I.E. Not Previously Registered, Not Used For Test Drives Or For Other Purposes Demonstration Vehicles. The Vehicle Must Meet The Technical Conditions Specified In The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law And European Union Regulations Applicable To This Type Of Vehicles. Together With The Vehicle, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Following Documents: A) An Extract From The Approval Certificate, B) Technical Test Documentation, C) Warranty Card With A List Of Authorized Service Stations In The Silesian Voivodeship, D) Instructions For Using The Vehicle In Polish, E) Book Service, F) A Set Of Keys In The Number Provided By The Manufacturer, G) A Set Of Documents To Be Registered In Accordance With The Regulations In Force In The Republic Of Poland, On The Basis Of Admission To Traffic.
