1. Ip Telephony Service:The Municipality Requires Contracting The Ip Telephony Service, Considering The Authorization And Provision Of 59 Telephone Annexes, Distributed Between The Town Hall Building And The Different Municipal Offices. At The Same Time, The Service Must Consider The Connectivity Between Municipal Agencies, Technical Support, Administration Platform And Operational Continuity Of The Service. The Solution Must Operate On The Internet Connectivity Infrastructure Available In The Municipality. At The End Of The Contractual Term, And Once All The Obligations Associated With The Contract Have Been Fulfilled, All Of The Equipment, Perpetual Licenses, Accessories And Other Goods Supplied Within The Framework Of The Service Will Become The Property Of The Municipality, Free Of Liens, Restrictions On Use Or Additional Costs, And The Supplier Must Carry Out All The Necessary Steps To Formalize Said Transfer.2. Mobile Voice, Mobile Data And Bam Mobile Broadband Services:The Municipality Requires The Provision Of A Total Of 175 Mobile Lines Under Chip-Only Mode, Without The Supply Of Telephone Equipment.This Must Contemplate The Provision Of Mobile Lines, Data Services, Number Portability, Centralized Administration, Specialized Technical Support, Operational Continuity, Incident Management And All Those Elements Necessary To Guarantee The Correct Provision Of The Service Throughout The Contractual Term.
