Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction Work – Wastewater Treatment Center (Kel) Of The Municipalities Of Rafina – Pikermiou And Spaton - Artemidas. The Scope Of The Contract Is Divided Into The Following Parts And Sections, Without This Division Negating The Single Character Of The Project: A. First Part (Part 1) Of The Project, Which Includes The Three Sections 1A, 1B And 1C First Section (Section 1A) Of The Project. It Includes The Preparation Of The Final Study - Application Study And The Complete Construction Of The Kel And The Submarine Pipeline, According To The Technical Statement Of Obligations, The Technical Specifications, The Technical Offer Of The Contractor, And The Other Contract Documents. The First Section Of The Project Is Considered To Have Been Successfully Completed After The Full Construction Of All The Planned Works And The Successful Execution Of All The Tests And Controls Defined In The Contract Documents (Completion Tests), With The Exception Of Those That Require The Channeling Of Untreated Sewage Into The Kel. Second Section (Section 1B) Of The Project. It Includes The Commissioning And Trial Operation Of The Kel And The Distribution Pipeline, Including Integration Tests And Training Of Eydap Personnel In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Projects. The Second Part Of The Project Is Considered To Have Been Successfully Completed After The Successful Execution Of The Integration Tests And The Training Of Eydap Personnel. Third Section (Section 1C) Of The Project. It Includes The Updating And Completion Of The Approved Final Study, The Preparation Of The Application Study And The Complete Construction Of The Kpee And Its Surrounding Area, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And The Other Contract Documents. The Administration Building - Functional Unit Of The Center For Environmental Awareness And Information (Kpee) Will Be Built In The N.W. Part Of The Kel Stadium On A Land Area Of ​​Approximately 23,000 M2. It Will Have A Multi-Purpose Character And Accommodate Uses That Have A Cultural And Social Connotation. The Third Section Of The Project Shall Be Deemed To Have Been Successfully Completed Upon The Full Construction Of All Scheduled Works And The Successful Performance Of All Tests And Inspections Specified In The Contract Documents (Completion Tests And Completion Tests) B. Second Part (Part 2) Of The Project. It Includes The Normal Operation And Maintenance Of The Kel And The Submarine Pipeline By The Contractor On Behalf Of Eydap, As Well As The Maintenance Of The Environmental Awareness And Information Center And The Surrounding Area, For A Period Of Seven (7) Years Or Eighty-Four (84) Months, With An Option For One (1) Additional Year.
