Construction Work For Highways, Roads – Construction Of The Chmielnik Bypass Along Dk 73 And Dk 78 Sections. Holendry - Chmielnik. The Investment Is Located In The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, Kielce County, In The City And Commune Of Chmielnik. The Planned Investment Starts At Km 4+300 Within The National Road No. 78 At Km Approx. 227+975, Then Runs South-East. The End Of The Planned Bypass Is Located At Approximately Km 43+600 Of Dk No. 73. The Route Of The Designed Variant Runs On Flat And Undulating Terrain. Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Section Of The Road Will Enable Transit Traffic To Bypass The Dense Buildings Located Along The Existing Road. The Construction Of The Chmielnik Bypass, Engineering Structures, Including Animal Crossings, Additional Roads To Service Adjacent Areas Will Improve Traffic Conditions And Increase The Level Of Road Safety. The Scope Of The Task Includes: • Construction Of A Section Of The Main Express Road Of The Gp Class, Along A New Track - The Bypass Of Chmielnik; • Construction Of 2 Engineering Structures: - 1 Lower Passage For Small Animals Pzm-10, Approx. 17 M Long, Horizontal Clearance Approx. 1.5 M, Relative Crowding Factor ≥ 0.09, - 1 Lower Passage For Small Animals Pzds-11, Approx. 17 M Long, Horizontal Clearing Approx. 6.0 M, Vertical Clearing Approx. 3.5 M, Relative Crowding Coefficient ≥ 1.25, • Reconstruction Of Existing Roads Intersecting With The Main Express Road Under Construction; • Construction Of Additional Roadways/Other Public Roads To Service The Adjacent Area; • Construction Of Traffic Safety Devices; • Construction Of Sidewalks; • Construction Of A Drainage System, Including: Retention And Evaporation Tanks, • Construction Of One Place For Checking And Weighing Vehicles, • Construction And Reconstruction Of Technical Infrastructure Related To And Unrelated To The Road, Including Technological Channels, And Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, • Traffic Management System, In The Scope Of: Technological Channels, Concept Of A Traffic Management System, Detour Management, Acquisition Of Meteorological Data, Etc.
