Bids Are invited for Non-Aadhaar Based Biometric Attendance System (Q2) - Capex Cost (One-Time Cost) - Cost Of Eighty (80) Bio-Metric Devices As Per Scope Of Work And Specifications, Including Supply, Testing, Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance And Operations. Cost Of One (1) Bio-Metric Device Will Be This Cost Divided By 80. Two Years Free Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract Of The Devices Is To Be Provided By The Bidder, And Is Included In This Cost. Two Years Comprehensive Warranty/Amc For Hardware And Software Shall Be Included In Capex At No Additional Cost. Camc Shall Be Chargeable Only For Years 3, 4 And 5. , Capex Cost (One-Time Cost) Of Bio-Metric Software Licenses - Of The Software License/Solution (For Approx. 6000 Users) As Per Scoe Of Work Including Mobile Application (Android And Ios Applications), Admin Web Application, Including Supply, Testing, Installation And Commissioning. Two Years Comprehensive Warranty/Amc For Hardware And Software Shall Be Included In Capex At No Additional Cost. Camc Shall Be Chargeable Only For Years 3, 4 And 5. , Opex Camc - 3 Years Of Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (Camc) For 3,4 And 5Th Year Of Bio-Metric Devices And Software Application After The 2 Years Free Camc Period. Cost Of One (1) Year Camc Will Be This Cost Divided By 3. As Part Of Camc, All Customizations/Changes In The Software Application Given By The University Are To Be Done By The Bidder.Note: Opex Camc Percentage/Cost Per Year Should Not Be Greater Than 15% Of Summation Of Capex Cost Of Above Sr. No. 1 And Sr. No. 2. Otherwise, Bidder Will Be Dis-Qualified. , (Optional) Cloud Cost Including All Hardware/Software Licenses For Execution Of The Biometric Software For 5 Years Period. This Will Be Optional, If The University Provides Its Own Server/Hardware, Then This Cost Will Not Be Paid. Cost Of One (1) Year Will Be This Cost Divided By 5.
