In Order To Fulfill The Objectives Proposed In The Implementation Plan Within The Project Entitled Innovative Integrated Technological System For Increasing The Resilience Of Control And Communications Adapted To Air Or Sea Transport Vectors (Air Navy_Sys), Financed By The National Authority For Research, General Directorate Oi Research, Evaluation, Selection And Contracting Service, No. 390076/16.10.2025, Code Smis 2021+ 331874, Call Code: Pcidif/159/Pcidif_P1/Op1/Rso1.1/Pcidif_A1 - Support For Cdi Projects For Thematic Consortia Between Public-Private Partners, It Is Necessary To Purchase The Equipment Network Vector Analyzer Intended For The Rf Characterization Of Antennas, Antenna Networks, Rf Filters, Power Dividers, Passive Circuits And Rf Interconnection Structures. The Network Vector Analyzer Aims To Develop And Implement An Integrated And Innovative Technological System That Will Significantly Improve The Resilience And Security Of Control And Communications For Air And Sea Transport Vectors. This System Must Be Able To Protect And Optimize The Operation Of The Transport Infrastructure By Addressing The Challenges Of Intentional Electromagnetic Interference (Gnss Jamming And Spoofing) And Other Cyber Threats, Improve The Accuracy And Reliability Of Gnss Radionavigation Systems And Ensure Continuous And Secure Communication. The Implementation Of The Project Aims At The Development Of Optionally Piloted Aerial Vehicles And Maritime Drones Of The Usv Type Equipped With Resilient Gnss Radionavigation Systems. These Results Contribute To Increased Control And Communication Capabilities In Critical Environments, Which Has Significant Implications For The Safety And Efficiency Of Air And Maritime Transport Operations. Gnss Resilience Is Essential To Ensure The Continued Operation Of These Systems In Adverse Conditions, Making The Project Technologically Sustainable. The Acquisition Contributes To: A. Testing Of Antennas And Gnss Receiving Antenna Networks Developed Within The Project; Testing The Components And Modules That Make Up The Prototypes Made To Demonstrate The Performance Of The Innovative Integrated Technological System To Increase The Resilience Of Control And Communications Adapted To Air Or Sea Transport Vectors Developed In Accordance With The Projects Objectives; Characterization Of The Dielectric Materials Developed Within The Project As Premium Solutions For Making Gnss Antennas; B. Expanding The Scope Of Competences Of The Incdie Icpe-Ca Institute By Using A New Test Equipment That Will Contribute To The Development Of New Materials And Modern Products/Applications In The Field Of Electrical Engineering But Also In Related Fields Of Great National And International Relevance Such As Security, The Environment, Health; C.
