Refuse And Waste Related Services – Management Of Municipal Waste From The Piaski Commune In 2027. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service For The Management Of Municipal Waste From The Area Of The Piaski Commune, Consisting Of: A) Accepting Municipal Waste, Specified By Type For The Order, At The Place Indicated And Provided By The Contractor For Accepting Municipal Waste From The Municipal Waste Collection Operator, In A Manner Consistent With The Law And The Requirements Resulting From The Order Documents, B) Processing The Accepted Municipal Waste In Recovery (R) And/Or Neutralization Processes (D), In The Place Of Municipal Waste Management Indicated And Provided By The Contractor, In A Manner Consistent With The Law And The Requirements Resulting From The Order Documents, C) Fulfillment Of Reporting And Information Obligations, D) Fulfillment Of Obligations Guaranteeing The Ordering Party The Possibility Of Exercising Control And Verification Rights, E) The Total Estimated Amount Of Municipal Waste Planned For Management During The Duration Of The Contract Is: 3606 Mg. 2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3) The Subject Of The Order Was Also Described In The Drafted Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And The Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 4) The Ordering Party Requires That The Services Be Provided In An Installation/Installations For Processing Municipal Waste That Has/Have Implemented Management Systems That Meet: A) The Environmental Standard Iso 14001:2015 Or An Equivalent Standard, B) The Quality Standard Iso 9001:2015 Or An Equivalent Standard.
