This service will support our teams and guests by offering affordable, nutritious meals and beverages within our premises and other designated locations in Kigali. WVIR therefore invites all qualified and experienced service providers to submit their Expression of Interest for the provision of these services for a period of twelve months, renewable upon satisfactory performance and availability of funds. Scope of Services The selected service provider will: Operate and manage the cafeteria within WVR premises and other places indicated within Kigali for staff and meetings. Provide a variety of quality meals, snacks, and beverages at affordable prices. Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and customer service. Comply with all applicable health regulations and WVI policies. Eligibility Criteria Interested service providers must demonstrate: Valid business registration related to these services as issued by Rwanda Development Board (RDB). Proven past experience in managing cafeteria or restaurant services. Capacity to provide diverse and nutritious menu options. Adequate staffing and equipment to deliver the services.
