Tenders are invited for Human Resources Systems Consultant. Closing Date: Thursday, 10. Sep 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Development Remuneration range: 5000 to 6000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 4 months The Community Organization for Development and Empowerment- INITIATE seeks to engage an individual consultant to conduct an HR systems assessment, develop or update HR policies and procedures, build recruitment and onboarding tools, and review job descriptions and the organogram. The consultant will support an HR orientation session to ensure staff understand and can apply the updated systems. A brief technical proposal outlining the proposed approach and methodology (a template is attached) Financial proposal clearly stating the proposed daily rate and total cost, structured to fit within the total contract budget ceiling stated above, inclusive of VAT.
