This Work Concerns The Improvement And Upgrading Of Ventilation Systems And Associated Technical Installations In Wings A And B At Hatlestrand School. The Entire Project Must Be Carried Out In Line With Current Requirements From The Norwegian Labor Inspection Authority And Relevant Technical Regulations. The Work Includes The Conversion Of Several Rooms Into New Technical Areas, Including The Merging Of The Cleaning Room And Technical Room In Wing A, The Establishment Of A New Washing Center In Wing B And A New Ventilation Room In Group Room B102. Existing Switchboards In Both Wings Have Exceeded Their Technical Lifespan And Must Therefore Be Dismantled And Replaced With New Switchboards. In Several Rooms In Wing A, The Ceiling Will Be Demolished To Introduce New Ventilation Ducts, And All Electrical Installation Above The Ceiling Will Be Renewed. In Wing B, A New System Ceiling Will Be Established In Classrooms And Group Rooms, With Replacement Of Lighting, Emergency Lighting And Fire Detectors In Accordance With Current Regulations. New Courses Will Also Be Installed For Future External Sun Shading. The Ventilation System Must Be Upgraded To Demand-Controlled Solutions With Dcv/Vav Dampers In Both Wings. New Riser Cables, New Circuit Breakers For Compact Aggregates And Cabling For 24V And Modbus Are Required For Integration With Existing Sd Systems Supplied By Em Systems. In Addition, The Fire Separation In The Building Must Be Exposed Where Leaks Are Discovered, Especially In The Transition Between The Wall And The Q-Cover, Cf. Fire Diagram. The Work Must Mainly Be Carried Out While The School Is In Operation. The Contractor Must Therefore Take Care Of The Users Of The Building And Coordinate Activities Closely With The Client. Transporting Larger Equipment May Require Work Outside Normal School Hours. This Is The Second Announcement, A Change From The Previous Announcement. The Functional Description Has Been Updated From Revision 04 To Revision 05. No Significant Changes Have Been Made To The Main Scope Of The Project, But Several Clarifications And Adjustments Have Been Made To The Description Which The Tenderers Must Take Into Account When Preparing A New Offer. This Is A Total Undertaking.
