The Construction Work Includes The Repair Of The Kipparlahti Wharf In Accordance With The Tender Documents, With All Works And Purchases Fully Completed. The Kipparlahti Wharf Is Located In Herttoniemenranta, Helsinki. The Pier Consists Of Eight Parts And Is A Type Of Reinforced Concrete Girder Pier. Address: Amiraali Cronstedt Tori, 00810 Helsinki. The Contract Includes, Among Other Things; The Bearings Will Be Renewed, The Cracked Concrete Beam Will Be Repaired And The Seams Of The Elements Will Be Renewed. In Addition To The Works According To The Plans Mentioned In The List Of Documents, The Contract Includes Site Management Duties And Site Services. Any Harm Caused By The Works In Accordance With These Programs Does Not Entitle The Contractor To Additional Compensation. The Builder Is The Public Areas Service Of The City Of Helsinkis Urban Environment Department, Which Also Acts As A Customer In Accordance With Yse 98. The Works In Accordance With The Contract Documents Must Be Completed And Received, And The Inspections Required By The Authorities And Inspection Bodies Must Be Held By 31 December 2026. The Form Of The Contract Is Overall Contract, In Which The Contractor Selected For The Work Acts As The Main Implementer In The Position Of The Main Contractor As Intended By Yse And The Legislation. The Construction Site Will Be Implemented In Its Entirety As A Low-Emission Construction Site, The Requirements Of Which Can Be Found In The Contract Program. The Quantities Presented In The Plans Are Not Binding On The Customer. In Terms Of Overall Economy, The Offer Is The Cheapest In Terms Of Price Among The Offers That Meet The Requirements For The Suitability Of The Provider Set By The Developer. The Contractor Who Has A Contractual Relationship With The Customer Has The Right To Further Subcontract/Subcontract The Work. Chaining The Procurement/Contract Beyond This Is Not Possible Without A Particularly Well-Founded Reason, And The Customers/Builders Written Consent Must Be Obtained.
