• Dismantling The Old Oil Boiler Room; • To Supply And Install Three New Gas Condensing Boilers 265 Kw Each At 80°/60°C; • To Create A New Flow/Return Collector (In The Boiler Room); • To Tube The New Boilers; • To Draw A New Gas Line Dedicated To The New Boiler Room From The Gas Meter; • To Carry Out The Upper And Lower Ventilation Of The Boiler Room; • To Replace The H.V.A.C. Regulation And Electrical Panel. (Te Hvac - Materials And Programming Included) For The Boiler Room, Including Bms; • Replace The Manual Valves On The Radiators Throughout The Site; • To Install A New Gas Detector; • To Carry Out The Peb Type Ii Installation Acceptance And The Acceptance Of The Electrical Installation Of The Boiler Room; • Neutralize, Dismantle And Evacuate The Oil Tanks.
