Mixed Works, Services And Supply Contract For The Maintenance And Conservation Of Public Roads, Equipment And Others In The Municipality Of Sant Pere De Ribes.The Object Of This Contract Is The Performance By The Awarding Company Of A Set Of Tasks And Actions For The Maintenance And Conservation Of The Public Road In The Municipality Of Sant Pere De Ribes, And Other Complementary Tasks That Are Considered Necessary Also In The Context Of The Municipal Buildings Or The Municipal Childrens Parks, In Accordance With The Prescriptions Of The Specification Of Technical Conditions And What To Be Established In The Special Administrative Clauses. It Is Mostly About Having An External Company To Carry Out Works And Other Corrective Maintenance Tasks Throughout The Year And Outside Of Working Hours, Although Preventive Maintenance Actions Aimed At Guaranteeing The Good Condition Of Municipal Public Spaces Are Also Included. Specifically, The Following Actions Will Be Carried Out: -Performance Of Works, Maintenance And Conservation Of The Public Road.-Be Available 24 Hours A Day, 365 Days A Year, For The Performance Of Urgent And Extraordinary Tasks (Weekends, Holidays And Night Hours).-Supply Of Civil Works Materials And Consumables Necessary For The Execution Of The Work Assigned To Them, With Maintenance Of A Minimum Stock.-Providing The Service Of Placement And Removal Of Fences And Temporary Signage At Cultural Events, Sports And Temporary Occupations Of The Public Road, Under The Supervision Of The Local Police.
