Sewer Cleaning Services – Delivery Of Sludge Suction, Flushing, Operation Of Pumping Stations And Tv Inspection For Ringsted Wastewater And Ringsted Central Treatment Plant. The Tender Relates To The Delivery Of Sludge Suction, Flushing And Operation Of Pumping Stations As Well As An Option For A Small Amount Of Tv Inspection Of Wells And Lines. The Tasks Can Be Both Planned, Tasks Ordered Ad Hoc Or Urgent. The Tasks Must Be Able To Be Completed Throughout The Ordering Partys Supply Area. For A More Detailed Description Of The Services Offered, Including The Requirements The Services Must Meet, Please Refer To Appendix 2 – Specification Of Requirements And Appendix 3 – List Of Offers And Any Corrections In Connection With Questions And Answers (Appendix 1). An Active Contract And A Dormant Contract Are Entered Into, As The Ordering Party Has A Responsibility In Relation To Security Of Supply In Denmark. Should A Situation Arise Where The Supplier Who Has The Active Contract Cannot Deliver And Has A Delivery Stop, E.G. Due To Company Law Challenges, Conflict Between The Ordering Party And The Supplier, Cancellation Of The Agreement, Etc., The Ordering Party Then Has The Opportunity To Revive The Dormant Contract, After Which The Dormant Contract Becomes The New Active Contract.
