Solar Photovoltaic Modules – Fve Of The Slavos Slaný Company. The Purpose Of The Public Contract Is To Build New Photovoltaic Power Plants (Pve) On The Roofs Of Buildings And On Free Land, Thereby Replacing The Consumption Of Electricity Supplied From The Distribution System From Traditional Sources, With Electricity Produced Within The Installed Renewable Source. The Installation Will Be Implemented In The Following Stages: I. Stage: Photovoltaic Power Plant Slavos Slaný Středisko Háje (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Pve Středisko Háje), Ii. Stage: Photovoltaic Power Plant In The Area Of The Slaný-Blahotice Wwtp (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Fve Wwtp), The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Creation Of Implementation Documentation, The Complete, Functional And Flawless Delivery Of Photovoltaic Panels And The Execution Of All Related Construction And Assembly Work, Including The Supply Of The Necessary Materials, Products, Structures And Equipment Necessary For The Proper Delivery Of An Operational Photovoltaic Power Plant And Connection To The Distribution Network (Ds) As Well As The Provision Of All Necessary Permission. The Work Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Procurement Documentation, In Particular The Technical Documents That Define The Technical Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For Individual Pv Plants, Their Performance And Expected Location On The Roofs Of Individual Buildings Or On Land. (The Contracting Authority Points Out That Annex No. 9 – Documentation For Construction Execution Defines The Binding Performance Parameters Of Individual Pv Plants And Their Location. The Contracting Party Allows The Participant To Submit Its Own Solution – The Number, Type And Location Of Panels That Will Respect The Maximum Pv Plant Performance. The Contractor Acknowledges And Agrees That In Its Proposal It Must Not Deviate From The Issued Valid Permits In A Way That Would Require The Implementation Of The Approval Process – I.E. The Location Of The Pv Plants And Land And Objects Must Not Be Changed Affected By The Realization Of Individual Pv Plants, As Described In The Documentation For Construction Execution.). The Binding Technical Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Are Summarized In Appendix No. 10 – Technical Specification. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Is In Particular: - Preparation Of Implementation Project Documentation For Both Stages, Which Will Be In Accordance With The Issued Conditions Of Connection To Čez And The Issued Building Permit. As Part Of The Documentation, A Statement From The Inverter Manufacturer Will Be Submitted That This Device Has The Functions Q(U), P(U) And P(F) Implemented, - Supply Of Photovoltaic Panels, Optimizers, Inverters, Constructions, Electrical Installation Material, - Implementation Of All Cable Routes, - Electrical Installation Work And Assembly Work, - Documentation Of The Actual Execution Of The Work In Paper And Electronic Form, - Cooperation In Issuing Approval/Approval Decision, - Actions Necessary To Ensure Relevant Documents, Permits, Consents, Statements Or Licenses, Revisions, Verification And Test Operation, Including Operator Training, Initial Revision, - In Connection With The Installation Of The Pv Plant, The Supplier Will Hand Over The Funds And Provide The Client With The Necessary Cooperation And Cooperation For Updating The Fire Fighting Documentation (Including The Hzs Approval Pro
