The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is To Provide Daily Services For Washing Hospital Linen And Work Clothes For Employees, Including Infectious Linen, And Includes All Washing, Thermodisinfection And Chemothermodisinfection Activities With Enzyme And Oxygen-Based Preparations; Removal Of Permanently Fixed Pollution Of Biological And Non-Biological Origin; Drying And Ironing Of Washed Linen And Work Clothes; Sorting By Clinics/Departments And Packaging In Single-Use Packaging Without Risk Of Damage Or Contamination, Labeling Of Packages; Transportation From And To The Place Of Execution For Delivery And Reception Of The Laundry; Performance For Delivery And Reception Of Laundry. The Services Refer To: Hospital Bed Linen - Bed Sheet, Envelope, Cover, Pillow, Blanket, Lightweight Quilt; Surgical Underwear - Surgical Sheet, Surgical Vaginal Sheet, Surgical Compress With A Hole, Surgical Compress Without A Hole, Surgical Apron, Surgical Tunic, Surgical Pants; Work Medical Clothing - Apron, Tunic, Trousers, Bathrobe; Baby Underwear - Bed Sheet, Envelope, Cover, Diaper, Cover For Incubator, Light Duvet, Blanket, Kicks, Camisole, Coverall; Infectious Underwear - Protective Protective Clothing, Hospital Bed Linen And Medical Clothing; Other - Tablecloths, Towels. On The Basis Of Art. 80, Para. 1 Of Ppzop In Connection With Art. 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, Public Procurement Is Reserved For The Participation Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities That Meet The Conditions Under Art. 12, Para. 5 And Para. 6 Zop. Other Interested Parties May Also Participate In The Procedure For Awarding A Reserved Order, But Their Bids Will Be Considered Only If There Are No Bids From The Persons Under Article 12, Paragraph 1 Of The Ppa. The Execution Of The Order Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 12 Of 16.11.2018 On The Health Requirements For Public Laundries And Ordinance No. H-4 Of March 30, 2026 On The Organization Of The Prevention And Control Of Infections Related To Medical Care And Of The Contracting Authority, Specified In The Technical Specification. The Estimated Daily Amount Of Laundry Is About 200 Kg And The Estimated Amount For 24 Months Is About 150,000 Kg. The Quantities Are Indicative And Depend On The Volume Of The Contracting Partys Activity. The Removal Of Dirty Laundry And The Reception Of Clean Laundry Is Carried Out In The Building Of Sbalag - Maichin Dom Ead, Sofia, 2 Zdrave St., Laundry Reception Office, Ground Floor, Freight Entrance.
