The Elbe Kliniken Stade-Buxtehude Are Certified According To Din En Iso 50001 And Are Committed To Anchoring Energy Efficiency As A Strategic Goal In All Operational Processes, Including The Procurement Of Systems, Devices And Services. It Is Possible That Some Of The Advertised Products Are Subject To The Requirements Of The Eu Ecodesign Regulation (Directive 2009/125/Ec And Subsequent Product-Specific Implementing Regulations) And The Eu Energy Consumption Labeling Regulation (Eu) 2017/1369. These European Regulations Define Binding Minimum Requirements For The Environmentally Friendly Design Of Energy-Consuming Products And Must Be Adhered To By The Bidder. The Elbe Kliniken Stade-Buxtehude Intend To Procure 380 Hospital Beds And Bedside Tables At The Stade Location. The New Ward Block (Enp) Is Scheduled To Go Into Operation At The Beginning Of March 2027. There Will Be 6 Levels With 11 Stations. These Are Exclusively Adult Wards. In Order To Ensure That The Beds Are Equipped On Time, The Beds Must Be Delivered In Several Partial Deliveries From The Beginning Of February 2027 To Be Agreed With The Client. The Procurement Includes The Following Bed Types: • Standard Patient Beds, • Optional Service Beds There Are Also Corresponding Bedside Cabinets. The Respective Quantities, The Technical And Functional Requirements Of The Beds And Bedside Cabinets As Well As The Qualifications Of The Client Can Be Found In The List Of Services. Appendix 2 - Active Processing Document. The Award Is Made In One Lot - Hospital Beds And Bedside Cabinets. The Delivery/Service Includes Installation, Commissioning, Documentation And Training At The Clients Location In Stade. All Work Must Be Carried Out To Ensure Uninterrupted Clinic Operations And Always In Close Coordination With The Client And, If Necessary, Other Trades Involved. 1.2. Objective The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Equip The New Ward Block At The Stade Location Economically And Sustainably With High-Quality Hospital Beds And Bedside Cabinets In Accordance With The Current State Of The Art. The Products To Be Procured Should Enable Safe Patient Care, Support Ergonomic Work Processes For Nursing Staff, And Meet The Applicable Legal And Medical Device Law As Well As Normative Requirements.
