This Is An Arrangement Where Employees Book A Half-Hour Physical Massage (Incl. Changing) Via The Suppliers Portal, And The Employee And Masseur Agree On The Specific Massage Within The Framework Of The Agreement. The Tendered Framework Agreement Is Not Divided Into Sub-Contracts, Cf. Section 49, Subsection Of The Public Procurement Act. 2, As One Overall Framework Agreement Is Considered To Offer The Best Opportunity To Meet The Clients Need For Flexibility Between The Clients Three Locations And Considering The Size Of The Framework Agreement. Furthermore, It Is Assessed That The Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Not Of An Extent Where It Makes Economic Sense To Divide, Also In View Of The Clients Resource Consumption Associated With Implementation Of The Framework Agreement, Including Security Checks Etc.
