The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Mediation Of Payment For Meals For The Procurers Employees For A Period Of 48 Calendar Months Through Electronic Meal Cards (Hereinafter Referred To As Meal Card) At The Contractual Partners Of The Successful Bidder, I.E. J. In Catering Establishments, Restaurants, Fast Food Establishments, Food Chains, Grocery Stores Accepting Electronic Meal Cards For Payment Of The Price Of Meals And Provision Of Drinking Regime. In Addition To The Supply Of Meal Cards, Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Their Management And Attribution (Top-Up) Of Meal Units To Individual Meal Cards According To The Current Needs Of The Purchaser And In Accordance With The Currently Valid Provisions Of The Labor Code, The Enterprise Collective Agreement And Other Related Regulations Of The Slovak Republic. The Approximate Number Of Meal Cards During The Validity Of The Framework Agreement Is 1,000.
