The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Provision Of A Sound, Streaming, Lighting, Video Projection And Technical Assistance Service At Public Events Organized And Coordinated By The General Directorate Of Communication, With High-Tech Technical, Personal And Audiovisual Means. The Following Are Excluded From The Purpose Of This Contract: Events For Which The General Directorate Of Communication Has Its Own Means And Those Organized By Other Government Areas (With The Exception Of The Mayors Office And The General Coordination Of The Mayors Office), The Municipal District Boards And Municipal Companies And In Whose Organization The General Directorate Of Communication Has Not Participated, Regardless Of Whether They Are Attended By The Media.
