Open Project Competition For The Urban Ideas Of Tauralaukis District Territory, Which According To The Decisions Of The General Plan Of The City Of Klaipėda Falls Into The Considered Districts 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.8 And 9.9. The Purpose Of The Project Competition Is To Select The Best Urban, Architectural And Functional Aspects And Other Requirements, Listed In The Conditions Of The Competition, Which Corresponds To The Tauralaukis District Territory, According To The Decisions Of The General Plan Of The City Of Klaipėda, Which Falls Under The Districts 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.8 And 9.9, The Urban Idea Project, On The Basis Of Which Territorial Planning Documents Will Be Prepared In The Future And This Territory Of Tauralaukis District Will Be Developed. Budget: The Amount Planned For The Implementation Of The Procurement Object Of This Project Tender (I.E. Preparation Of The Urban Concept) Is Eur 50,000 With Vat (Eur 41,322.31 Without Vat). Pursuant To Article 55 Of The Public Enterprise. On The 3Rd In The Tender Documents, The Procuring Organization Sets A Fixed Price In Advance For The Implementation Of The Procurement Object Of The Project Tender (I.E. Preparation Of The Urban Concept) - Eur 50,000 With Vat (Or Eur 41,322.31 Without Vat, If The Supplier Is Not A Vat Payer Or The Services Are Not Subject To Vat, Or For Other Reasons, Due To Which The Final Amount Payable By The Procuring Organization To The Supplier Will Be Without Vat). The Participants Who Took The First 3 Places In The Project Competition Are Scheduled To Be Awarded Cash Prizes (Bonuses) In The Amount Of Eur 40,000, The Prize Fund Being Distributed In The Following Order: 1St Place – Eur 16,000; Ii Place – 14,000 Eur; Iii Place - Eur 10,000. The Tendering Organization Determines As The Winner Only 1 (One) Participant Who Has Collected The Most Points And Is In The First Place, Who Did Not Meet The Grounds For Exclusion And Met The Established Qualification Requirements. With The Winner Of The Project Tender, It Is Planned To Enter Into A Service Purchase-Sale Agreement For The Preparation Of The Urban Concept.
