Courier Services - Provision Of Courier Services Consisting In The Delivery Of Courier Parcels Sent By The Social Insurance Institution In The Years 2027-2029. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Courier Services By The Contractor To The Ordering Party In Domestic Traffic, Consisting In Collecting, Accepting, Moving And Delivering Courier Parcels By The Contractor, And If Delivery Is Impossible, Returning Them To The Ordering Partys Units. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Courier Shipments And Additional Services By Reducing Or Increasing By A Maximum Of 25% The Number Of These Shipments Or Additional Services Within Each Category Within The Maximum Gross Remuneration For Courier Shipments And Additional Services, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party Resulting From The Obligations Imposed On Zus By Law, To Which The Contractor Consents And Will Not Pursue Claims For Quantitative And Type Changes During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.
