The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Project Preparation For The Processing Of Project Documentation, The Processing Of Project Documentation For Planning Permission (Pdz), Including The Provision Of Engineering Activities (Ič) - The Issuance Of Relevant Decisions Or Other Measures Of Public Administration Bodies For The Implementation Of The Construction To The Extent Of The Required Levels Of Pd According To This Contract, As Well As Documentation For The Implementation Of The Construction (Pdps), Implementation, Production And Workshop Documentation And Subsequent Complete Implementation Of The Construction Works Of The Contract Under The Name Renovation Of Summer Cinema Háječek Na Multifunctional Year-Round Area, České Budějovice Including The Provision Of All Relevant Permits Necessary For Putting The Building Into Operation And Use. The Work Will Be Implemented Using The So-Called Design&Build Delivery Method. The Investors Intention Is To Reconstruct The Háječek Summer Cinema. The Grounds Of The Park Are Realized In The Form Of A Low-Floor Garden Pavilion. It Is A Building Clad In Sheet Metal With A Box For A Telescopic Tribune And Space For A Projection Booth, Warehouses And Toilets With A Capacity Of Up To 2,000 Visitors To The Site. The Facilities For Artists Are Underground, Which Enables Completely Variable Use Of The Area Under The Roof And Does Not Disturb The Character Of The Park With Additional Above-Ground Volume. At A Height Of 13.5 M, The Summarizing Roof Is Turned Off Into A Circle With A Diameter Of 51.2 M. It Thus Enables Covering Most Of The Auditorium Of The Summer Cinema As Well As The Free Concert Area With A Capacity Of More Than 2,000 People. Fencing For The Purpose Of Separating The Premises For The Duration Of The Events With The Sale Of Entrance Fees Is Designed In Such A Way As To Leave The Area Open In An Open State.
