The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of A Public Building In Załęcze Wielkie Into Municipal Apartments As Part Of The Task Titled: Załęcze Wielkie - A Local Community Of Residents Actively Working For Integration, Support For Those In Need And Environmental Protection. The Scope Of Construction Works Included In The Scope Of The Order Includes The Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Industries, Including: 1) Preparatory Works, Including: - Earthworks, - Demolition Works, Chiseling, Dismantling, - Tearing Up Floors, - Scraping, Washing And Burning Of Walls.2) Construction And Construction Works, Including: - Construction Of New Partition Walls, - Execution Of New Plasters And Plasters Plasterboards, - Painting Walls, - Making Screeds, - Laying Tiles, 3) Installation Works, Including: - Installation Of New Doors, Window Sills, Stair Railings, Roof Hatches, - Installation Of Floor Panels, - Installation Of Bathroom Fittings, - Installation Of A Stair Chair For People With Disabilities, 4) Installation Works, Including: - Water Supply And Sewage Installation, - Central Heating Installation, - Installation Electric.5) Delivery Of Free-Standing Electric Cookers - 6 Pieces. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Order Was Implemented With Co-Financing From The European Funds For The Łódź Region 2021-2027 Under Measure Feld.05.03. Revitalization Of Rural Areas. Project Co-Financing Agreement No. Feld.05.03-Iz.00-0005/25-00 Of September 17, 2025. In The Remaining Scope, The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Are Regulated By The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Due To The Need To Settle The Granted Subsidy, The Ordering Party Divided The Contractors Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement Into Two Payments: Partial Payment And Payment Final. The Ordering Party Stipulates That In The Case Of Part I, In 2026 It Will Pay A Maximum Of 60% Of The Remuneration Due To The Contractor. The Minimum Warranty Period Required By The Ordering Party For The Subject Of The Order Is 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report. The Maximum Warranty Period Is 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol. The Warranty Period For Defects Is Equal To The Period Of The Warranty Granted, Provided That It Cannot Be Shorter Than The Period Specified In The Civil Code.
