1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Reconstruction Of Ul. Kwiatowa In Wałcz Along With The Reconstruction Of Technical Infrastructure.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of Ul. Kwiatowa In Wałcz Together With The Reconstruction Of Technical Infrastructure, On The Section From Ul. Kołobrzeska To The Border With Plot No. 5436/3 (Żydka River), Approximately 211 M3 Long. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular The Reconstruction Of The Existing Road Along With The Construction Of A New Surface Made Of Concrete Paving Stones And:3.1.Reconstruction Of Existing And Construction Of New Entrances To The Property;3.2.Reconstruction Of Sidewalks And Construction Of New Surfaces;3.3.Construction Of Curbs, Stops, Edges And Street Drains;3.4.Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System With Inlets, Wells And Drains;3.5.Reconstruction Of Street Lighting Including The Implementation Of Energy-Saving Led Fixtures;3.6.Securing And Rebuilding Conflicting Power And Telecommunications Networks;3.7.Height Regulation And Replacement Of Selected Underground Infrastructure Devices, Including Sewage Manholes, Telecommunications Well Covers And Valve Boxes;3.8.Construction Of Road Markings And Speed Bumps;3.9.Carrying Out The Necessary Earthworks, Demolition And Reconstruction Works;3.10.Restoration Of Green Areas And Tidying Up The Area After The Works Are Completed.4.The Road Reconstruction Includes A Class D Municipal Road, Traffic Category Kr-2, With A 1X2 Cross-Section. The Basic Width Of The Designed Road Is 5.50 M, With Local Widening In Accordance With The Design Documentation, While The Width Of The Sidewalks Is 2.00 M.5.The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation Entitled: Reconstruction Of Kwiatowa Street In Wałcz Together With The Reconstruction Of Technical Infrastructure, Industry Projects, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Approved Traffic Organization And Applicable Legal Provisions And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.6.As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Perform All Accompanying And Auxiliary Works Necessary For The Proper, Complete Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Documentation.7.The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Work Performed And The Safety Of The Construction Site, Staff And Third Parties. 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For A Mandatory On-Site Visit. Failure To Complete An On-Site Visit Will Not Result In Rejection Of The Offer. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Familiarize Himself With The Subject Of The Order Before Submitting The Offer.9.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
