1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Various Types Of Chemical Products. 2. The Order Was Divided Into 10 Parts: Part 1 - Turbine Engine Oil; Part 2 – Engine Oil I; Part 3 – Gear Oils; Part 4 – Engine Oils Ii;Part 5 – Compressor Oils; Part 6 - Lubricants;Part 7 - Lubricants I;Part 8 - Brake Fluid;Part 9 - White Pharmaceutical Petroleum Jelly;Part 10 - Specialized Preparations.3. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For All Or Selected Parts Of The Procedure. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers, Provided That The Offer Must Include The Delivery Of All Assortment Items As Part Of The Selected Task. An Offer That Does Not Include A Complete Valuation Of The Product Range Specified In The Selected Part Will Be Rejected. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (I.E. Quality Parameters, Functional Features And Other Requirements) Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Delivered Goods Must Meet The Minimum Quality Requirements Contained In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.5. If A Brand, Manufacturer Or Own Name Is Indicated In The Order Documents, It Should Be Treated As An Example Product. The Contractor May Offer A Product Equivalent To The One Indicated By The Ordering Party. Equivalent Products Must Have Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To Swz.7. Packaging Sizes And The Quantity Of The Ordered Assortment Are Included In The Price Form - Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
