4.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Crushed Aggregate - Basalt Grit Of The 8-12 Mm Fraction In An Amount Of Up To 1,500 Tons, I.E. Purchase Including Loading, Transport And Unloading. The Minimum Amount Of Service Is 1,000 Tons. The Indicated Amount Of Aggregate Is Provided As An Estimate To Determine The Value Of The Order And Does Not Constitute A Basis For The Ordering Party To Purchase This Exact Amount. The Final Quantities Will Be Determined Each Time By The Ordering Party Depending On Its Current Needs, While Maintaining The Minimum Amount Of Service Indicated Above. The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure The Purchase, Subsequent Delivery, Transport And Unloading Of Aggregate To The Square In Puchaczów At Ul. Skoczylasa 83A, 21-013 Puchaczów. Settlement Will Be Based On The Actual Quantities Of Aggregate Delivered.4.2.Deliveries Will Be Made Using Approved Self-Unloading Vehicles With A Capacity Of Up To 24 Tons, On Mondays From 8:30 A.M. To 4:30 P.M., And From Tuesday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M..4.3.Quality Requirements For The Order: 1) Crushed Aggregate - Basalt Grit Should Be Homogeneous, Dry, Without Admixtures Of Clay, Clay And Metal Materials Such As Nails, Wires Or Other Contaminants That May Damage Vehicles Traveling On Roads, As Well As Other Contaminants That Are Difficult To Decompose (Plastic, Rubber, Etc.). 2) All Materials Must Have All Necessary And Required Approvals, Certificates And Approvals For Use. The Delivered Aggregate Must Have A Declaration Of Aggregate Performance Properties Marked With The Ce Mark, Which Indicates That The Manufacturer Takes Responsibility For The Compliance Of The Product With The Declared Performance Properties And For Its Compliance With All Applicable Requirements Allowing Its Use In Road Construction.
