4.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Information And Promotional Materials And Comprehensive Support For The Ordering Party In The Implementation Of Information And Promotional Obligations Related To The Implementation Of The Project Co-Financed From External Funds Entitled: Investment Activities In The Construction Of Infrastructure Of The Energy Cluster Of Ryc County Kpod.03.12-Ip.05-0065/24.4.2.The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Technical And Organizational Assumptions For The Project, Progress In The Construction Or Assembly Process, And After The Implementation Of The Project - Development Of Information About The Operational Phase. 2) Preparation Of At Least One Promotional And Demonstration Film In A Short (Min. 2 Min.) And Long (Min. 10 Min.) Version. The Films Should Also Contain Threads Regarding The Decision-Making Process, Including The Involvement Of The Most Important People Or Social Groups; 3) Preparation Of A Report (40-80 Pages) Describing The Individual Above-Mentioned. Project Stages Including Preparatory Details, Investment Process, Operation Process, Including The Application Of Technical, Organizational And Legal Solutions, As Well As A Description Of The Decision-Making Process. 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Synthetic Report Intended For General Use (20-30 Pages), Written In Non-Technical Language, Containing The Most Important Information About The Project And Its Effects. 5) Carrying Out Activities Related To Communication, Information And Promoting The Effects Of The Project In The Form Of Cooperation In The Organization Of 32 Meetings. The Ordering Party Requires The Presence Of The Contractors Representative At Each Meeting And The Provision Of Information Materials About The Project (Information Boards, Posters, Leaflets). The Ordering Party Requires Support In Conducting Meetings Regarding The Communication Of The Technical And Organizational Assumptions Of The Project And The Progress Of The Project Implementation. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare Reports And Photo Reports From The Meetings. During The Meetings, The Contractor Will Record Videos For Use In Demonstration And Promotional Films.6) If A Request Is Sent To The Ordering Party By The Ministry Of Climate And Environment (Hereinafter Referred To As Ioi), The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare And Organize: A) Receiving At The Place Of Implementation Of The Project On The Dates Agreed With Ioi A Minimum Of Three Study Visits Consisting Of A Maximum Of 40 Participants, To Whom The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Provide The Opportunity To Directly Observe The Essential Parts Of The Project Or Its Effects. The Contractor Will Ensure The Participation Of At Least One Person Acting As A Guide Who Will Be Competent In The Characteristics Of The Project And The Functioning Of The Energy Community; B) The Contractor, Upon Express Request To Support The Ordering Party, Will Delegate The Contr
