1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Hand-Held X-Ray Scanner Along With The Necessary Equipment, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Device. A Portable X-Ray Device Using Reflected Radiation (The So-Called Backscatter Technique) Without The Need To Place Radiation Receivers (Detectors) On The Other Side Of The Controlled Object And Used To Scan, Among Others, Structural Elements Of Buildings (Partition Walls And Ceilings Made Of Wood, Plastics, Gypsum Boards, Laminates, Built-Up Spaces Between Finished Walls, Upholstered Furniture, Etc.), Vehicle Parts (Bumpers, Tires, Spaces). Between The Upholstery And The Body, Engine Covers And Trunks). A Device Aimed At Quick Identification Of The Interior Of Luggage And Easy Identification Of Such Groups Of Goods As: Excise Goods (Alcohol, Cigarettes), Drugs And Their Derivatives, Including Medicines, Dangerous Objects (Weapons, Explosives), Products Covered By The Cites Convention (Convention On International Trade In Endangered Species Of Wild Fauna And Flora), Means Of Payment, Cultural Goods, Etc. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts: 2.The Order Must Be Completed In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Conditions Contained In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.3.The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Brand New, Unused, Manufactured In 2026, Complete, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, And Must Have The Name, Model, Manufacturer And Year Of Production Permanently Marked. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order On His Own And At His Own Expense.5.The Contractor Undertakes To Properly Pack, Load And Deliver The Subject Of The Order And Secure The Subject Of The Order For The Duration Of Transport.6.Delivery And Installation Will Be Carried Out On Business Days, During The Ordering Partys Working Hours, I.E. From 8:00-15:00. Working Days Should Be Understood As Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays.7.The Risk Of Destruction Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Order Passes To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Signing The Transfer Protocol Without Any Reservations.
