Delivery Terms1 The Contractor Undertakes To Sell And Deliver Spare Parts For Pneumatic Tools In A Single Delivery Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.2 The Contractor Should Complete The Delivery As Part Of One Order, Dividing It Into Two Separate Batches Intended For Two Departments, And Provide Separate Packaging, Security And Clear Marking Of Each Of Them In A Way That Prevents Confusion.3 The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party About The Preparation Of The Ordered Delivery By Phone Or E-Mail, No Later Than 1 Business Day Before Planned Delivery Date.4 The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And On His Own.5 Place Of Delivery - Main Warehouse Of Kopalnia Soli Wieliczka S.A., 32-020 Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1.
