1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of 3,000 Mg Of Sand, Fraction 0-2 Mm, Intended To Combat Slipperiness On District Roads Subject To Winter Maintenance In The Winter Season 2026/2027. 2. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Following Requirements: Sand Should Have A Grain Size Fraction (Particle Diameter) Of Up To 2.0 Mm In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 27, 2005 On The Types And Conditions Of Use Of Agents That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares (Journal Of Laws Of 2005, No. 230, Item 1960). The Sand Cannot Be Excessively Damp - The Permissible Humidity Is Max. 5%, Must Not Contain Feldspars And Reinforcements (That Do Not Crumble Under Foot Pressure), As Well As Foreign Impurities (Leaves, Sticks, Weeds, Clay), The Sand Index Must Be Greater Than 65%. The Remaining Requirements Should Comply With The Pn-En 13043 Standard.
