Bridge Construction Work – Connection Of Road Ii/312 To D35 Múk Vysoké Mýto – West – I. And Ii. Phase. For The Purpose Of Material, Price And Contractual Breakdown, The Subject Of The Public Contract Consists Of Performance A And Performance B. The Supplier Is Obliged To Submit A Single Offer For Both Performances. The Result Of The Procedure Will Be The Selection Of A Single Supplier And The Conclusion Of Two Interrelated Contracts. The Subject Of Implementation A Is The New Construction Of A Road Connecting The Existing Road Ii/312 With The Newly Built D35 Highway. As Part Of The Public Contract, The Construction Of A New Road Will Be Carried Out, The Construction Of Existing Roads Ii. And Iii. Grade, Local And Purpose-Built Roads And The Re-Routing Of The Existing Bike Path. The Construction Also Includes A New Roundabout, Construction Of Culverts, Construction Of New Bridge Structures, Re-Laying Of Water Mains, Sewerage, Gas Pipelines And Telecommunications Networks, And Implementation Of Public Lighting. It Also Includes Ensuring The Necessary Traffic Engineering Measures And Replacement Planting. The Subject Of Fulfillment B Is So 002 – Subsequent Care Of Greenery. The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Separate Contract With The Selected Supplier For This Part Of The Public Contract. The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Separate Contract With The Selected Supplier For Performance A And A Separate Contract For Performance B. By Submitting A Bid, The Supplier Undertakes To Conclude Both Of The Above-Mentioned Contracts In The Event Of Its Selection. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of Fulfillment A Is Given In The Technical Specification, Drawings, Forms And Contract Terms, Which Form An Appendix To This Procurement Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of Fulfillment B Is Given In The Agreement On The Provision Of Services - Follow-Up Care, The Project Documentation And The List Of Works, Which Form An Appendix To This Procurement Documentation. Project Documentation And List Of Works Are Common For Performance A And Performance B. The Relevant Part Of These Documents Will Be Used For Each Of The Orders.
