Construction Work For Highways, Roads - Continuation Of The Design And Construction Of The S19 Expressway On The Section From The Domaradz Junction (Without The Junction) To The Krosno Junction - Previously Iskrzynia (Without The Junction), Approx. 12.5 Km Long. As Part Of The Order, The Design Should Be Continued (Including Possible Optimization In Terms Of Design Solutions Included In The Construction Design) Of The S19 Expressway From The Domaradz Junction (Without The Junction) To The Krosno Junction - Previously Iskrzynia (Without The Junction), With A Length Of Approximately 12.5 Km, On The Section From Km 45+365.40 To Km 57+900 (Corresponds To 57+897.54 According To The Design Construction) And Perform: • Construction Of An Expressway With A Cross-Section Of 2X2, A Lane Width Of 3.5 M, An Emergency Lane Width Of 2.5 M And A 5 M Dividing Lane; • Dismantling Elements Of Engineering Structures Not Collected By The Ordering Party And Other Works Performed By The Previous Contractor, Detailed In The Inventory Of Completed Works. They May Be Reused After Verification Tests And Approval Of The Contract Engineer And The Ordering Party; • Road Engineering Structures; • Reconstruction Of Existing Roads Regarding Collisions With The S19 Route; • Additional Roads Serving The Adjacent Area; • Hardening The Area For Maintenance Purposes; • Infrastructure For Pedestrians And Cyclists; • Environmental Protection Devices, Including Animal Crossings; • Acoustic And Anti-Glare Screens; • Infrastructure For Facilities Located Along The Expressway, Including: Power Supply And Lighting Networks, Water Supply Networks, Sanitary Sewage Treatment Networks And Devices, Storm Sewage System With Pre-Treatment Devices, Water And Sewage Pumping Stations, Technological Channels And Others; • Reconstruction Of Conflicting Devices And Networks Of Existing Underground And Above-Ground Infrastructure - Demolition Of Buildings And Structures; • Road Markings And Road Safety Devices; • Traffic Management System; • Technological Channels; • Planting Greenery; • Other Preparatory, Auxiliary And Organizing Work; • Removal From The Construction Site And Disposal Of All Identified Plants That Are Invasive Alien Species, Including The Igo Invasive Plant - Japanese Knotweed, And Protection Of Permanent Works Carried Out Under The Order Against The Destructive Effects Of Invasive Plants Occurring On Properties Adjacent To The Investment, Among Others. In The Bed Of The Rosielna River; • Removal From The Construction Site And Disposal Of Waste Identified In Previously Prepared Documentation. The Value Of The Order Exceeds Eur 5,404,000. The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks, I.E. The Surface Of The Main Route, Including The Production And Installation, And The Execution Of The Remaining Layers Of The Surface Structure Above The Native Soil (Excavation) Or Embankment (Embankment), Excluding The Supply Of Materials And Services. In Relation To Key Tasks Reserved For Personal Performance By The Contractor, The Contractor Cannot Rely On The Capabilities Of The Entity Providing The Resources, Under The Principles Set Out In Art. 118 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, In Order To Demonstrate Compliance With The Relevant Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings.
