Nursing Home Construction Work – New Hospital Bråvolltunet. The Contracting Authority, Ullensvang Municipality, Invites Tenderers To A Competition For A Contract In The Project New Hospital Bråvolltunet. Bråvolltunet Sjukeheim Lies In Kinsarvik In Ullensvang Municipality And Was Built In 1987. In This Project There Will Be An Extension Over Three Floors That Shall House 18 New Hospital Sites, A Gardero Bar, A Memorial Room And Storage. Parts Of The Existing Sjukeheim Hospital Shall Be Altered With A New Monitor Department With 6 Places. In Addition, New Facilities Will Be Established In The Basement Between Anna Heimeteneste And Physiotherapy. See Part Ii - The Contract Documentation For Further Information On The Project, Contract Division And The Contract Work. The Contract ́S Start Date Is 30.11.2026, With The Expected Completion Dated 30.11.2029. (Engineering Design Phase 4 Months, Start-Up Addition April -27, Estimated Construction Time Extension 18 Months + Renovation 12 Months + 2 Months Slack = 36 Months). Flaum Protection Measures And Water And Sewage Works Are Also Included As A Part Of The Project. It Is Important To Note That This Part Of The Project Has Been Detailed Engineered And Shall Be Dealt With As An Execution Contract. For This Part Of The Contract, Works At The Construction Site Can Start As Soon As Nautical Permits Are In Place, And The Host Need For The Season Added It, Tentatively January 2027. Ns 8407 Applies As Contractual Provisions With The Corrections That Are In Part Ii Of The Contract Documentation, Point B.2 Special Contract Provisions And B.3 Seriousness Requirements.
