In Accordance With Its Offer, The Holder Processes The Order And Delivers It Electronically To The Electronic Delivery Address Mentioned By The Contracting Authority On The Order Form. The Holder Must Provide Maintenance Of The Licenses Listed In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu) And The Estimated Quantitative Detail (Dqe), As Well As Their Developments And New Products Which Would Appear During The Duration Of The Market In Accordance With Article 9.3.1 Of This Ccp Relating To The Updating Of References And Licenses. The Right To Use Each Reference Of A Ds Offer Concerned By This Market Is Conditioned By The Associated License Model.
