The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Energy Renovation Of The Administrative Building Of The Municipality Of Sopot, Located In Upi Vi-924, Quarter 37 According To The Plan Of The City Of Sopot, Which Has Been Approved For The Provision Of Grant-In-Aid Under Intervention Ii.D.6 Investments In Basic Services And Small-Scale Infrastructure In Rural Areas From The Strategic Plan For The Development Of Agriculture And Rural Areas Of The Republic Of Bulgaria For The Period 2023-2027 Construction Is Defined As The Fifth Category. The Activities Planned For Implementation, According To The Approved Investment Project, Include The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works On The Building, Related To Major Repairs And Energy Renovation, Including Architectural Construction And Finishing Works, Repair And Renovation Of The Roof, Thermal Insulation And Waterproofing Works, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Implementation Of Flooring, Plastering, Plastering, Cladding And Painting. The Scope Also Includes Repair And Related Activities On The Building, As Well As Implementation And Renovation Of The Internal Electrical, Grounding And Lightning Protection Installations. Implementation Of Internal Plumbing And Sewage Installations, Installation Of Sanitary Ware And Equipment, As Well As Supply And Installation Of Systems And Equipment For Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning Is Envisaged.All Activities Should Be Carried Out In Full Accordance With The Project Documentation And In The Volumes And Quantities Specified In The Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 1) As Well As In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Current Regulations In The Republic Of Bulgaria.
