The Required Services Must Respond To The Internal Activity Processes Of The Ctt To Support The Rest Of The Organization Related To The Purchasing Cycle. Most Of The Services That Are The Object Of This Contract Are Limited To Administrative Management, Information Systems And The Data Necessary For The Governance Of The Purchase. The Service Object Of This Tender Has As Its Main Functions The Management Of Information In The Information Systems Of The Purchasing Directorate, Management Of Automatic And Massive Data Entry And Proposing Improvements To The Procedures With The Purpose Of Optimizing The Operation Of The Directorate.
