First: That The Institute Of Neurosurgery, A Specialized Public Health Establishment, Which Is Responsible For Contributing To The Treatment Of Highly Complex Neurosurgical Pathologies, Has The Need To Acquire “Supply Of Supplies And Rental Of Sterilization Equipment Using Hydrogen Peroxide”, According To Extraordinary Purchase Request No. 6828, Required By The Sterilization Service;Second: That The Neurosurgery Institute Needs To Have A Supply Of Supplies And Rental Of Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilization Equipment For The Sterilization Service” For A Period Of 60 Months, In Order To Be Able To Duly Fulfill And Satisfy The Healthcare Demand That Has Been Legally Entrusted To The Establishment; Third: That It Is Appropriate To Ensure The Transparency Of This Process And To Know The Conditions Of Offers Prevailing In The Market Under The Modality Of Public Bidding In The Public Purchasing And Contracting System Established In Law No. 19,886 And Its Regulations;Fourth: That There Are No Framework Agreements Signed By The Public Procurement And Contracting Directorate For The Purpose Of These Bidding Rules;Fifth: That The Bidding Process That Will Be Regulated By These Rules Must Not Exceed 4,000 Utm, As A Total Expense, Including Taxes;Sixth: That, Since These Are Goods Or Services Of Simple And Objective Specification, The Circumstances Indicated In Article 46 Of Decree 661 Of The Ministry Of Finance That Establishes The Regulation Of Law No. 19,886 Are Met, Therefore, This Tender Will Be Published On The Portal Www.Mercadopublico.Cl For A Period Of 10 Consecutive Days;Seventh: That There Are Suppliers In The Market That Meet The Requirements And To Whom You Wish To Access;
