The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting Of: Construction Of An Underground Fire Protection Tank With A Capacity Of 50 M3 In The Lets Forestry, Including Technical Infrastructure. The Project Will Consist Of An Underground Tank With A Water Supply Connection And A Maneuvering Area With Exits From The Forest Road. The Subject Of The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts. In These Proceedings, The Ordering Party Refrains From Dividing The Order Into Parts Because The Subject Matter Is Homogeneous - Construction Of An Underground Fire Protection Tank With Closely Related Technical Infrastructure. Separating These Elements Into Separate Tasks Would Carry The Risk Of Lack Of Coordination Of Construction Works Between Different Contractors On One Construction Site. Moreover, Dividing The Contract Into Lots Could Actually Limit Competition By Causing A Lack Of Interest On The Part Of Contractors In Parts With A Lower Value Of Work, Because The Implementation Of Such Small Scopes Is Unprofitable For Them.
