The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Project - Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Chynów Commune.2.The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 103 Section 2 Of The Pzp Presents A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Performing The Task: 1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of 80 Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Chynów Commune On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter: Pfu) - Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz,3.The Order Is Co-Financed Under Operation I.10.10 Infrastructure In Rural Areas And Implementation Of The Concept Of Smart Villages - Area A Investments In The Field Of Individual Sewage Treatment Systems.4.The Contractor Will Perform, In Particular, The Following Works As Part Of The Order: 1) Development Of Complete Documentation Necessary To Obtain A Water Permit/Water Law Notification In Accordance With The Act Of July 20, 2017, Water Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 960, As Amended), 2) Preparation Of Documentation Necessary To Complete A Construction Notification In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 960, As Amended). 2026, Item 524, As Amended) Along With The Required Executive Documentation, 2) Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents Required By Special Provisions, Necessary To Carry Out Construction Works, 3) Developing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 4) Performing The Necessary Accompanying Works (E.G. Organizing The Construction Site, Construction Facilities, Tidying Up The Area After The Works, Etc.), 5) Implementing The Material And Financial Schedule, 6) Purchasing The Necessary Materials And Implementation Of Their Delivery,7) Performance Of The Full Scope Of Works Included In The Projects,8) Development Of Start-Up Instructions, Operating Instructions And Workplace Instructions,9) Carrying Out Tests And Training To The Necessary Extent (Including The Final Test - Technological Start-Up),10) Preparation And Delivery Of As-Built Documentation Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Installation By Users,11) Preparation Of A Detailed Test And Start-Up Plan, 12) Service Services During The Warranty Period, 13) Obtaining All Opinions And Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents Required By Special Regulations, Necessary To Obtain Consent For Use And Operation.5.All Installation Elements Included In The Delivery Must Be Brand New. 6. The Ordering Party Will Require The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Pfu. The Contractor Must Be Aware That Offering Equivalent Devices Will Depend On Their Compliance With All Parameters Specified In The Fup. 7. The Works Must Be Performed In A Safe Manner, Strictly In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards, Technical Conditions And Construction Practices, Occupational Health And Safety And
