2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of A Single-Span Road Bridge Over The Włosienica River In Mikułowa, Located Along The Internal Road On Plot No. 139 And 141. Mikułów, Damaged By Flood. The Order Includes The Demolition Of The Existing Load-Bearing Structure, Abutments, Retaining Walls And Pavements To The Extent Colliding With The Planned Reconstruction, And Then The Reconstruction Of The Facility In Accordance With The Design Documentation. The Scope Of Works Includes The Reconstruction Of The Facility In Its Current Location, Including: • Demolition Of The Existing Load-Bearing Structure, Pavements, Balustrades, Abutments And Walls To The Extent Of The Designed; • Reconstruction Of The Abutments And Walls As Reinforced Concrete Structures With Stone Cladding;• Installation Of Prefabricated T12 Type Prestressed Beams With A Length Adapted To The Actual Geometry Of The Facility;• Construction Of A Monolithic Composite Slab, Support Crossbeams, Caps And Barrier Anchoring Zones;• Insulation Of The Platform, Asphalt Surface, Expansion Joints, Drainage And Barriers;• Reconstruction Of Access Roads, Slope Reinforcements And The Bottom Of The Watercourse.• Accompanying And Securing Works:- Reconstruction Damaged Access Roads To The Bridge In Sections Necessary To Restore The Functionality Of The Facility. - Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works.
