The Order Includes A Comprehensive Service Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Task Titled: Modernization Of Building No. 90 Of The Mortuary On The Premises Of The Masovian Specialist Health Center Named After Prof. Jan Mazurkiewicz In Pruszków (Hereinafter: The Project) And The Selection Of A Contractor For This Order (Hereinafter: The Contractor), According To The Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 2.1 Of The Opz, And The Scope Described In Detail In Point 5 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Aim Of The Planned Renovation Works, Including Renovation And Conservation Works, Will Be To Remove And Stop The Processes That Destroy The Historic Fabric Of The Building. It Is Assumed That Works Will Be Carried Out In The Field Of Drying The Fragments Of Damp Ground-Level Parts Of The Walls, Replacing The Truss Structure, Replacing The Roof Covering, Replacing Sheet Metal Work, Carrying Out Maintenance Of The Façade Along With Completing Bricks And Joints, Maintaining The Preserved Window And Door Joinery. The Reconstruction (Modernization) Of The Historical Building, Demolition Of The Modern Extension And Changes In Its Surroundings Will Also Allow For Obtaining A Technical Standard That Meets Sanitary Requirements. On The Detailed Requirements That Should Be Met By The Rooms And Equipment Of An Entity Performing Medical Activities (Journal Of Laws 2022.402, Consolidation Text) In Accordance With The Existing Building Category, With The Proviso That Due To The Historic Values And The Lack Of Real Needs Of The Mscz Related To The Performance Of Autopsies And Other Pathological Activities, These Rooms Will Not Be Dedicated To Forensic And Medical Activities, The Vast Majority Of Which Will Be Used To Rent Space For Film, Administrative, Therapeutic Or Medical Purposes.
