Mączna 3 In Wrocław - Part I.2.The Subject Of The Order Is Defined By Cpv Codes: 45000000-7 Construction Works; 45331220-4 Installation Of Air Conditioning Equipment; 45332300-6 Sewage Installation Works; 45311000-0 Cabling And Electrical Installation Works; 45210000-2 Construction Work On Buildings.3.The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Agreement Is Defined By: - ​​Stwiorb Electrical Installations Mączna, - Detailed Design (Mączna), - Bill Of Quantities Electrical Installations (Mączna), - Bill Of Quantities Air Conditioning (Mączna).4.Information Regarding Employment: The Ordering Party Requires The Employment Of People, Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. Information Regarding The Employment Of People Under An Employment Contract Is Included In The Draft Agreement.5.The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed Based On The Contract And The Documentation Referred To In § 1 Point 1 Lit. A, B Of The Draft Agreement And An On-Site Visit To The Site Of Construction Works, If The Contractor Participated In The On-Site Visit. 6. In Cases Where The Names Of Manufacturers, Types Of Devices, Materials Or Specific Technical Solutions Are Indicated In The Design Documentation Or Other Annexes To The Swz, The Ordering Party Explains That These Indications Are Exemplary And Only Serve To Determine The Required Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order. The Indication Of A Manufacturer Or Type Of Device Is Not Intended To Favor Any Particular Manufacturer Of Air Conditioning Equipment.7.The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Devices, Materials Or Equivalent Solutions In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Provided That The Proposed Solution: 1) Has Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than The Devices Indicated, For Example, In The Documentation, 2) Is Compatible With The Entire Designed System And Enables Proper Cooperation Of All Elements Of The Installation, 3) Allows For The Installation To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Standards Referred To In The Technical Documentation, Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, 4) Does Not Require Changes In The Design Documentation Or Obtaining Additional Arrangements, Unless The Ordering Party Expresses Its Consent. Written Consent.8.The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Agreement.9.The Ordering Party Divides The Order Into Parts As Part Of The Current Procedure And Thus Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers. 10.
