3.1.The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Training In The Operation Of A Laboratory Retort Furnace Intended For Conducting The Pyrolysis Process To Obtain Biochar.3.2.The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Delivered To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party: Łukasiewicz Research Network, Łódź Institute Of Technology, Ul. Brzezińska5/15, 92-103 Łódź.3.3.The Ordering Party Informs That The Subject Of The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts Due To The Fact That It Constitutes One Indivisible Whole.3.4.The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers, Because The Subject Of The Order Constitutes One Inseparable Whole.3.5.The Description Of The Required Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Assortment And Price Sheet). The Contractor May Propose Products With Better Technical, Qualitative And Functional Parameters Than Those Specified By The Ordering Party.3.6.Submitting An Offer For A Device That Does Not Meet All Parameters Or Has Parameters Worse Than Those Specified In Annex 1 To The Swz (Assortment And Price Sheet) Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer.
